Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Fledgr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fledgr is available exclusively to currently enrolled students at accredited Indian colleges and universities, and to verified alumni of such institutions. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to verify your student status at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of content you create and publish on Fledgr ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Fledgr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to all content you post
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• Your content does not contain defamatory, harassing, or harmful material

You agree not to:

• Create fake or misleading accounts or impersonate others
• Post spam, unsolicited commercial content, or phishing links
• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
• Violate the privacy of others (doxxing, sharing private information)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Use automated tools to create accounts or post content
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or content moderation
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our discretion.

The Fledgr name, logo, design, and all platform-created content are the intellectual property of Team Fledgr and may not be used without prior written permission.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on Fledgr, please send a DMCA takedown notice to with the subject line "DMCA Notice", identifying the copyrighted work and the infringing content.

Fledgr allows eligible creators to receive appreciations from readers via Cashfree Payments. By enabling appreciations, you agree to Cashfree's terms and to provide accurate payment information. Fledgr charges a platform commission on each successful appreciation (the current rate is displayed at the point of transaction). Payment processing fees charged by Cashfree are separate and will be disclosed before you enable the feature. Fledgr is not responsible for disputes between readers and creators.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team Fledgr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or emailing you. Continued use of Fledgr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
